For Alif Pavilion, TITAN engineered a project-specific elevator system designed for an exceptional passenger load of up to 200 people, achieving a Guinness World Record for elevator passenger capacity. The system was developed through bespoke structural, mechanical, and control engineering to manage extreme load conditions safely and efficiently.
The solution incorporated a custom load-bearing cabin structure, a high-capacity drive and traction arrangement, and a tailored control and braking strategy engineered to handle mass, inertia, and deceleration with precision. Every element of the mechanism was designed specifically for this application, based on the project’s architectural layout and operational requirements.
